如何刪除您的 Mai.today 帳號

在 App 內刪除（建議方式）

請依照以下步驟操作：

  1. 開啟 Mai.today App 並登入您的帳號
  2. 點擊右下角「設定」
  3. 選擇「帳號設定」
  4. 滑到底部，點擊「刪除帳號」
  5. 確認刪除

⚠️ 帳號刪除後，您的所有資料（包括對話紀錄、檔案、資料庫內容）將永久移除且無法恢復。

無法登入 App？

如果您無法登入，請寄信至 [email protected]，並附上您的註冊 Email。我們將在 7 個工作天內為您處理。

How to Delete Your Mai.today Account

Delete Within the App (Recommended)

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mai.today App and sign in
  2. Tap "Settings" in the bottom right
  3. Select "Account Settings"
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

⚠️ Once your account is deleted, all your data (including chat history, files, and database content) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Can't Sign In?

If you can't sign in, please email [email protected] with your registered email. We'll process your request within 7 business days.

Mai.today アカウントの削除方法

アプリ内で削除（推奨）

以下の手順で操作してください：

  1. Mai.today アプリを開き、ログインします
  2. 右下の「設定」をタップ
  3. 「アカウント設定」を選択
  4. 一番下までスクロールし、「アカウント削除」をタップ
  5. 削除を確認

⚠️ アカウント削除後、すべてのデータ（チャット履歴、ファイル、データベース内容を含む）は完全に削除され、復元できません。

ログインできない場合は、[email protected] まで登録メールアドレスを添えてご連絡ください。7営業日以内に対応いたします。

로그인할 수 없는 경우 [email protected]으로 등록된 이메일을 첨부하여 보내주세요. 7영업일 이내에 처리해 드립니다.
