歡迎使用 Mai.today！本服務條款（「本條款」）是您與 RollBytes Inc.（蘿蔔科技，以下簡稱「本公司」或「我們」）之間就使用 Mai.today 服務所訂立的具有法律約束力的協議。使用本服務即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款。

注意：本服務不適用於中華人民共和國境內使用者。

1. 服務說明

Mai.today 是一款 AI 驅動的個人與團隊協作工具，提供 AI 智慧助理、團隊協作空間、語音輸入、跨裝置同步等功能。本公司保留隨時修改、暫停或終止服務功能的權利，重大變更提前 30 天通知。

2. 帳號責任

您必須提供真實、準確的帳號資訊，並年滿 13 歲（歐盟用戶 16 歲）。
您對帳號安全全權負責，不得將帳號分享或轉讓。
您的帳號下發生的所有活動，均由您承擔責任。
如發現帳號遭未授權使用，請立即通知 [email protected]。

3. 使用限制

使用本服務時，您不得：

從事任何違法活動（詐欺、散布惡意程式、侵犯智財權等）。
散布違法、有害、騷擾性、誹謗性或侵犯隱私的內容。
試圖破解、干擾或規避本服務的安全機制。
使用自動化工具（爬蟲、機器人）未授權大量存取本服務。
反向工程或試圖取得本服務的原始碼。
使用本服務生成違法、有害或歧視性的 AI 內容。

4. AI 生成內容免責聲明

您理解並同意：

AI 生成內容（文字回應、建議、摘要等）僅供參考，不構成任何專業建議（法律、醫療、財務、心理等）。
AI 可能產生不正確、不完整或過時的資訊。
本公司不對 AI 生成內容的準確性、完整性或適用性作任何保證。
您對基於 AI 生成內容所做的任何決策負全責。
您對輸入至本服務（因此傳送至 AI 系統）的所有內容負責，請勿輸入他人私人資訊。

5. 智慧財產權

本服務及其所有元件（軟體、設計、商標、Logo、API 等）均為 RollBytes Inc. 或其授權方的財產。您保留您在本服務中建立的原始內容所有權，並授予我們非獨家、全球、免授權費的授權，以運營及改善本服務為目的使用您的內容。此授權於您刪除帳號後終止。

6. 付費服務

本服務提供免費及付費方案。付費方案費用依訂閱週期自動續費。透過 App Store / Google Play 訂閱者依各平台退款政策；網頁端訂閱者可於 14 天內申請退款。

7. 責任限制

本服務依「現狀」提供，不附帶任何保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司對以下損害概不負責：間接損害、附帶性損害、特殊損害、懲罰性損害、利潤損失、資料遺失、因 AI 生成內容或本服務不可用導致的損害，以及因第三方 AI 服務問題導致的損害。本公司對您的最高賠償責任不超過您過去 12 個月實際支付的費用（或新台幣 3,000 元，取較高者）。

8. 服務終止

您可隨時刪除帳號終止使用。本公司保留因違反本條款、遵循法律要求或服務終止（提前 30 天通知）時終止您存取的權利。

9. 隱私權

請參閱我們的隱私權政策，了解我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資料，包含 AI 資料處理、GDPR 合規等詳細說明。

10. 爭議解決

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與執行。任何爭議以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。提起訴訟前，雙方同意先進行至少 30 天的書面協商（[email protected]）。

11. 條款變更

重大變更時，我們將提前 30 天透過 App 內通知或電子郵件告知您。繼續使用即表示您接受更新後的條款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to Mai.today! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and RollBytes Inc. (蘿蔔科技, "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Mai.today service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Note: This Service is not available to users in the People's Republic of China.

1. Service Description

Mai.today is an AI-powered personal and team collaboration tool offering AI Smart Assistant, team collaboration spaces, voice input, and cross-device sync. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time; significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old (16 in EU/UK).
You are solely responsible for account security; do not share or transfer your account.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Report unauthorized account use immediately to [email protected].

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

Engage in illegal activities (fraud, malware distribution, IP infringement, etc.).
Distribute illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or privacy-invasive content.
Attempt to circumvent, hack, or interfere with the Service's security mechanisms.
Use automated tools (crawlers, bots) to access the Service in bulk without authorization.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory AI content.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content (text responses, suggestions, summaries, etc.) is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, psychological, etc.).
AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You bear full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You are responsible for all content you input into the Service (transmitted to AI systems); do not input others' private information without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its components (software, design, trademarks, logos, APIs, etc.) are the property of RollBytes Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for operating and improving the Service. This license terminates upon account deletion.

6. Paid Services

The Service offers free and paid plans with automatic renewal per billing cycle. App Store / Google Play subscribers follow those platforms' refund policies. Web subscribers may request refunds within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits or data; damages caused by AI-generated content; damages from Service unavailability; or damages from third-party AI service failures. Our maximum liability shall not exceed fees you paid in the past 12 months (or TWD 3,000, whichever is greater).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, or Service discontinuation (30 days' advance notice).

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court. Both parties agree to attempt at least 30 days of informal written negotiation before litigation ([email protected]).
